Home Restoration
This project was completed in December 2020 and we are so happy with how nicely it turned out. The home had extensive water and insect damaged exterior wood. Sections of wood were carefully replace as needed prior to application of the final coats of paint. Windows and doors were addressed for proper operation and extra care was taken with the caulking and sealing to make sure things were water tight. Bright colors and clean lines make this home the sharpest house on the block!
Kitchen Remodel
Michelle's Kitchen Remodel
This project had many parts and pieces! The original kitchen that was built in the 1980’s was completely removed along with the partition walls and a low ceiling. We were trying to get that “Open feel” to capitalize on the abundance of natural light and beautiful views afforded this canal home. In addition to the kitchen renovation we painted the entire home, Installed new porcelain flooring and renovated the master bathroom. Several months of hard work but the Homeowners were very satisfied with the end result.
